I cannot describe my panic. Inside I am burning with anxiety, pain, fear. Mostly that my words may offend people. Or that I will be threatened with violence against me or people or things that I hold dear. We no longer live in a free society. We can no longer speak truths that were once understood universally as fact. And the worst thing is our silence. 

Today I feel more disenfranchised and more down trodden than ever before. 

I woke early the day it happened. 

Today a twelve year old girl was sent home from primary school. Her crime? On culture day, where she was invited to celebrate her culture she wore a Union Jack flag dress, much like the one made famous by Geri Halliwell, back when we were allowed to be proud! How can the teachers that openly segregated her, shamed her and then punished her by sending her home explain themselves. 

Women are apparently not women to the London Marathon. Who have decided that men can run with the women. Women are also apparently not women to many MP's, tv presenters, celebrities, influencers etc... who despite the blantent facts of reality and now having to push it right the way to the Supreme Court because nobody will just say flatly, this is so ridiculous. We do not need any further clarity. We need to return to the real world, despite how hard that might be for some people who have perhaps got used to being supported into crazy. For my own and others sanity we must return to the universal knowledge that we once called truth.
